Pflegestützpunkte Berlin

At the Pflegestützpunkte in all of Berlin’s districts, people seeking guidance can receive information, advice, and support on all matters related to care and aging. The advice provided by the Pflegestützpunkte is free of charge and independent.

The goal of the Pflegestützpunkte Berlin is to improve care for older adults and those in need of care, and to inform Berlin’s residents about preventive services, long-term care insurance benefits, and social assistance. Information gathered from the Pflegestützpunkte’ counseling work and networking efforts contributes to the further development of counseling and support structures.

Dietmar Kruschel — a staff member at the Mitte Pflegestützpunkt —will introduce you to his work and is available to discuss the topic and answer your questions.
