Collection and processing of personal data

Website visit

Purpose
We process technical access data to ensure the secure operation of the website, to detect errors and to ensure the stability of the systems.

Storage period and criteria
The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required for operation, security and troubleshooting.

Purpose
We process your data in order to receive, check and respond to your request.

Categories of processed data
Name, contact details (e.g. telephone number, e-mail address) and the content of your request are processed.

Categories of recipients
Recipients are internal employees of FAMIPA who are responsible for your request. Your data will only be passed on to third parties if required by law or with your consent.

The processing is carried out on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR (initiation or performance of a contractual relationship) and Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR (consent).

Purpose
We process your data from the contact form in order to be able to process and answer your request.

Language switcher

Purpose
We process technical information to enable you to use our website in different languages (German, Arabic, Turkish and English) and to save the selected language during the visit or for future visits.

Categories of processed data
Depending on the technical implementation, only technical preference data is processed, such as the selected language, a session or cookie ID or settings that are stored locally in the browser (e.g. local storage). Personal data is not collected.

Recipients are exclusively internal technical systems of FAMIPA or internal employees who are responsible for the operation of the website. Data is not passed on to third parties.

The processing is carried out on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR, as we have a legitimate interest in making our website user-friendly and accessible in several languages.

Storage duration and its criteria
The data is only stored for as long as the language preference is required. The duration depends on the technology used and ends at the latest when the cookie, the session or the local browser settings are deleted by the user.

Integration of videos via YouTube and Vimeo

Purpose
We incorporate videos of projects, specialist days and workshops of the FaMiPA specialist unit in order to present our content clearly and provide information about our work.

Categories of processed data
When the video content is accessed, the respective platforms may process IP addresses, browser and device information, usage data and, if applicable, location data.
If you are logged in to the respective provider, an assignment to your user account can be made.

Categories of recipients
The recipients of the data are the respective platform operators:

• YouTube (Google Ireland Limited)
• Vimeo (Vimeo Inc.)

We ourselves do not receive any personal data from the use of the video platforms.

Transfer to third countries
When using YouTube and Vimeo, the transfer of personal data to the USA or other third countries cannot be ruled out. The respective providers are responsible for their own data processing.

Legal basis
The integration of the videos is based on your consent in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR, which you grant via Consent Management.

Storage duration and its criteria
We have no influence on the storage duration of data on YouTube and Vimeo. This depends on the data protection provisions of the respective providers.

Communication via a WhatsApp channel

Purpose
We use a WhatsApp channel to provide one-way information to our target groups, in particular to pass on notices, information and dates from the FaMiPA specialist unit.

Categories of processed data
When using the WhatsApp channel, the following personal data in particular may be processed:

• Profile name and profile picture of the subscriber (if stored in the WhatsApp settings),
• Reactions to published content.

Thereis nomutual visibility of telephone numbers or direct communication between subscribers.The specialist center does not receive any information about the subscribers’ telephone numbers.

Categories of recipients
The recipient of the data is WhatsApp Ireland Limited.
It is not possible forusers ofthe channel to view the personal data of other subscribers.

Transfer to third countries
WhatsApp may transfer personal data to the USA or other third countries. WhatsApp is responsible for its own data processing.

Legal basis
The processing takes place on the basis of your voluntary consent in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR, which you grant by subscribing to the WhatsApp channel.

Storage duration and criteria
Your data will be processed for as long as you are subscribed to the WhatsApp channel. After you unsubscribe from the channel or withdraw your consent, we will no longer process your data in this context.
