As part of our “FaMiPA informs” series of events, FaMiPA cordially invites you to get to know some of the advice and support services offered by Berlin’s elderly care and nursing services.

Competence Center for Care Support (KPU)

The Competence Center for Care Support informs people in need of care and caregiving relatives about services to support care at home. It strengthens care support services in Berlin through advice, networking and training. These include the offers for support in everyday life, which can be used with the relief amount, as well as the PflegeEngagement contact points with their care self-help offers. The central objectives are networking, the development of cooperation structures, greater transparency and quality assurance of the services.

With our ‘FaMiPA informs…’ series, we would like to provide you with important information about advice and support services in Berlin and help you get to know the services better. This offer is aimed at you if you work in a migrant women’s self-organization, at a social institution or as a multiplier.

You will have the opportunity to pass on this knowledge to those seeking advice and provide them with better support. In our workshop modules, we provide you with relevant information, close existing knowledge gaps and at the same time promote exchange and networking.
