Round table – MitSeMi

The MitSeMi round table is a special format because it allows those involved in elderly care and senior citizen work to talk directly with migrant seniors – on an equal footing, openly and in a dialog-oriented manner. The aim is to provide joint advice and better align services with the realities of life for migrant seniors. In line with the guiding principle of the MitSeMi round table: senior citizens know best what they need. They are the experts for their own concerns.

Feel free to bring along specific questions or challenges from your everyday work. These will be discussed together with the senior citizens. This gives senior citizens the opportunity to actively contribute their perspectives, experiences and needs and make them visible. They also pass the topics on to their communities so that additional experiences and perspectives can be incorporated into the process. This creates a continuous dialog that makes collective needs visible and supports the further development of services.
